Triangle has a long-standing enterprise customer base. Some have been clients for almost 20 years. We have won multiple awards for excellence in the industry and we have established a service offering that is unrivalled in the Irish market. Here’s a timeline of our history:
Triangle was founded in 2001 as a value added reseller to the IBM enterprise base. We secure and retain an IBM platinum business partner status as we build up our team and map out our vision for success.
Through investment and evolution we grow into a full IT services organisation. We become the first Irish company to form a partnership with VMware to transform how data centres and enterprise infrastructures are operated and innovated. For three years running, between 2005-2007, Triangle wins IBM Software Business Partner of the Year in addition to Business Partner of the Year.
Triangle launches its IT managed service offering. Over the next 5 years Triangle secures managed services contracts with some of the largest and best known retail, insurance and utility companies in Ireland.
Triangle acquires Kerna Communications, a leading security & network specialist and Paul Flavin joins the management team as Commercial Director. In 2020, Triangle continues to grow, becoming a €2m EBITDA business with over 90 employees.
