Partnership to focus on delivery of digital transformation and business process automation at scale to Irish organisations

Triangle Computer Services (Ireland) Limited, a technology company focused on providing innovative IT solutions has entered into a strategic partnership with UiPath, the leading enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software company, to deliver digital transformation and business process automation for Enterprise organisations and the Healthcare Sector.

Triangle has delivered many of the market’s most complex IT automation projects and the company is further investing in its extensive and award winning automation practice with UiPath technologies. UiPath’s market leading RPA platform and Triangle’s proven automation delivery experience will achieve demonstrable efficiencies for customers, by leveraging the power of RPA and AI to automate rules-based processes and free up staff to do more creative, value added work. This was previously only possible with significant human involvement.

UiPath is leading the “Automation First” era – championing one robot for every person, delivering free and open training and collaboration and enabling robots to learn new skills through AI and machine learning. Led by a commitment to bring digital era skills to more than a million people, the company’s enterprise RPA platform has already automated millions of repetitive, mind-numbing tasks for business and government organizations all over the world, improving productivity, customer experience and employee job satisfaction.

Triangle, working with UiPath’s RPA platform, has developed automated processes in clinical environments to expedite the processing of test results while improving accuracy and patient safety. The same technology can greatly alleviate bottlenecks within Healthcare administration, such as appointment scheduling and referrals. Another key benefit from the delivery of automation in the enterprise is the elimination of human error and the standardisation and accuracy of process outcomes. This is extremely important in most environments but is critical in a healthcare clinical setting where inaccuracies in data can have dramatic outcomes.

Triangle’s Managed Service team delivers key services in critical environments to a number of large organisations. This includes a managed RPA service that can be deployed within the customer’s environment or provided as a secure cloud service from Triangle. The combination of this proven service with the power of the UiPath platform is designed to allow customers to benefit from the power of RPA without the need to invest in the infrastructure or resources required in a traditional technology deployment model. It not only avoids expensive capital investment but also offers the flexibility to accommodate peak usage requirements– a virtual workforce on demand delivering ‘function as a service’.

“UiPath has a vision of ‘a robot for every person’ and this firmly aligns with Triangle’s focus on delivering efficiencies and productivity within our customers’ business, at a granular process level using robotic process automation,” explains Paul Flavin, Commercial Director at Triangle.

“The removal of repetitive tasks allows skilled people to focus on more valuable decision-based activities. Typically, once automated using UiPath technology and Triangle expertise, workflows run continuously and predictably creating huge efficiency gains and driving significant productivity improvements for any business.”
