Strategy

Assessment

We begin with an assessment to commence project management and define the goals, risks, methodology, and critical success factors of the project.

Path finding

After assessment, a project plan is mutually developed to outline the tasks, roles, responsibilities, and overall timeline for the project.

Business case

We ensure each project is aligned with key business outcomes at the strategy level, and modify the plan as needed to support the desired business case.

Design

Workshop

The design stage features a series of initial workshops to walk through the planned solution and document all design requirements.

Design approval

Once a low-level design is mapped out, the client reviews and approves these plans to ensure the project design meets expectations.

Documentation

By the end of the design pages, projects will be supported through thorough documentation covering not only design elements, but also test cases and migration plans.

Build & implement

Compute build

We install and configure all hardware/software as defined in the design stage, as well as configure the virtual machine environment.

Storage build

We install and configure all defined storage components.

Network build

We install and configure all defined network components.

Support, manage & operate

Test management

All test cases are executed and managed by the Triangle Test Manager, which will share all testing results with the customer.

Documentation and knowledge takeover

All designs and relevant build-configuration documentation is updated and delivered to the customer. A series of workshops will be held to educate the client on components, software, monitoring solutions, and other key information.

Support handover

After the client has reviewed and approved all test results, the Triangle support desk is activated to provide official support during the project migration phase.
